Submission Instructions

1. Prepare your paper

Submitted papers must be formatted according to the ACM conference proceedings format. Only PDF files will be accepted. Papers must be up to eight pages long, including references and title. Please note that the camera-ready version will conform to the same guidelines as the submission for review.

Papers submitted to WCTT 2011 must not have been previously published and must not be under review for publication in any other venue. If a submission extends work described in a previous publication of their own, we strongly encourage authors to include a citation to that publication.

2. Upload the paper

The papers will be handled electronically through EasyChair.

3. Camera-ready instructions

Authors should expect to interact with the workshop organizers after camera-ready submission to address any issues related to formatting. These interactions will require fast turnaround so that the deadline for proceedings preparation can be met.

All papers must strictly comply with ACM SIG proceedings template. The files should be PDF. They should have thumbnails and they should be optimized for fast web viewing. They should have the copyright statement and bibliographic strip on the bottom of the first page left column (see below). They should have Type 1 fonts (scalable), not Type 3 (bit-mapped). All fonts MUST be embedded within the PDF file. Here are the instructions on how to embed fonts in your PDF. You should also download the ACM Digital Library optimal distiller settings file,ACM.joboptions. Do not insert page numbers in your PDFs.

The box on the bottom left corner of the first page should include the name of the workshop and the correct copyright. These will be emailed to authors after they fill out their copyright form.
